WM Dyer secure electrical and mechanical installations for Horwich Leisure Centre
WM Dyer Electrical, one of the UK’s leading Energy Efficient Electrical Contractors, are pleased to announce that they have secured a contract to carry out electrical and mechanical installations for the new Horwich Leisure Centre.
The new £7 million flagship leisure centre will soon be built in Horwich, council chiefs have agreed to move forward with the plans. The project will start with the demolishing of the existing leisure centre in Victoria Road, and the new facility will be built on the site, including and multi-story car park next to it.
The council has agreed to spend £4million of its annual budget to create the flagship leisure centre, including a, 25m six lane pool with a separate training pool, 100 station fitness suite, spin and dance studios, four court sports halls, changing facilities and new car parking.
WM Dyer Electrical will be carrying out Electrical and Mechanical Installations during the construction of the new leisure centre, they have been contracted to install internal and external lighting, heating, water systems, ventilation supply and extract systems and all fire safety systems, to name a few.
